From the Director,
Women today need to know faith truly works, no matter what the world tells them. They need to know how to stay faithful in a world that has gone crazy and forsaken God. For believers, ministry is not an option. Ministry is our responsibility. God calls each of us to serve Him, and He empowers us and gives us gifts to accomplish what He calls us to do.
The Women's Leadership Team and the women of Snow Road First Baptist Church are in the process of developing a women's ministry in which women will uniquely minister to women; spiritually, relationally, physically, emotionally and mentally. We would like to invite women in the Semmes Community to come and be a part of that process. Our target audience is women of all ages and all walks of life. We want to develop a ministry that can eventually meet the many needs of women. The:

It is our belief that ALL ministry must be centered on God's Word. Spiritual growth is our ultimate goal. On this website you will see a survey that we have developed in order to determine the needs and interests of women in our community. We would be honored if you would take a moment and fill out the survey. If you wish to leave your name, address, and phone number we would be able to keep you up-to-date on our progress.

The Women's Ministry of Snow Road First Baptist Church emphasize women ministering uniquely to women through:
Equipping
Encouraging spiritual development through the study of God's Word.

We meet the needs of women in our church and community with compassion, giving hope, help and comfort to
women in need to love, fellowship. friendship, and fun.
Evangelism
As gifts and talents are discovered each woman is equipped for service and evangelism.
From the Heart of a Woman...
This is going to be a new area on our Women's Ministry page for women to share their thoughts, poems, truths learned from their daily devotions, names of books they are reading, favorite Bible verses etc.
